On Sunday, April 6, former Mater Dei High School standout Brenden Morris’ current college team, the Colorado Mesa Mavericks, won 12-6 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Adams State Grizzlies.

The game took place at The Diamond at The Bus Bergman Sports Complex. This was their fourth matchup against the Grizzlies this season.

The Mavericks’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 11 at 3 p.m. at Mountain Lion Park against UCCS Mountain Lions.
