Chapman falls 10-3 to Lewis & Clark in NCAA Division III baseball matchup

Chapman Panthers, featuring former Mater Dei High School standout Ryan Iveson, were defeated 10-3 by the Lewis & Clark Pioneers in their NCAA Division III baseball contest on Saturday, March 7, at 2:30 p.m.

The game was hosted at W.O. Hart Park and marked the teams’ second meeting this season. In their prior matchup, also on Saturday, March 7, Chapman lost 17-6 to the Pioneers.

Iveson pitched 3.2 innings, giving up three earned runs, walking two batters and striking out five.

Chapman’s next contest is slated for Sunday, March 8, at 11 a.m. at W.O. Hart Park, once again facing off against the Lewis & Clark Pioneers.
