Former Mater Dei pitcher Ryan Iveson helps Chapman secure 9-0 victory in NCAA Division III baseball

On Saturday, March 14, at 2:30 p.m., Ryan Iveson, an alumnus of Mater Dei High School, contributed to the Chapman Panthers’ 9-0 triumph over the Whittier Poets in NCAA Division III baseball.

Hugh B. Mendez Stadium served as the venue for their third meeting with the Poets this season. In their earlier game on Saturday, March 14, the Panthers fell 3-2.

Iveson threw five innings, surrendering one walk and striking out two.

The Panthers are set to play next on Saturday, March 21, at 11 a.m. at W.O. Hart Park against the Willamette Bearcats.
