On Friday, April 4, former Mater Dei High School standout Rocco Gurrola’s current college team, the Stanislaus State Warriors, lost 7-2 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Cal Poly Pomona Broncos.

The game took place at Scolinos Baseball Field. This was their first matchup against the Broncos this season.

The Warriors’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 5 at 2 p.m. at Scolinos Baseball Field against Cal Poly Pomona Broncos.
