On Friday, March 21, former Mater Dei High School standout Alyssa Durazo-Frescas’ current collegiate team the Grand Canyon Antelopes lost 73-60 against the Baylor Lady Bears in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Foster Pavilion, this was the first game against the Baylor Lady Bears during the championship.

Alyssa Durazo-Frescas’ hometown is Newport Beach and game position is guard.
