The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 1242 Smoke Tree Lane, Tustin was sold on Aug. 19 by Judy S. Shinoda (trustee) for $1,410,000. The buyers were Kent and Denise Schell.

So far in August 2021, four properties sold in Tustin.

According to the California Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 1242 Smoke Tree Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020: Karamjit Kaur Khangura, Kiranpreet Kaur Khangura, 24, and Manpreet Singh Khangura.
