Villanova’s Devin Askew, former Mater Dei guard, set for NCAA Tournament appearance

Devin Askew, a former Mater Dei High School standout now playing for the Villanova Wildcats, is slated to take part in the NCAA Tournament.

Villanova opens as the No. 8 seed and will face the ninth-seeded Utah State Aggies in the opening round.

The matchup is scheduled for Friday, March 20, at 4:10 p.m. at Viejas Arena.
