The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Amy Phan West, Amy Phan West for Congress, refunded $2,900 to Michael Burris on July 11, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution to political committees (other than Super PACs and Hybrid PACs) from an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Amy Phan West for Congress has refunded $11,000 total since Feb. 1.
