On Saturday, January 27, former Savanna High School standout Jesus Munguia’s current college team, the Vanguard Lions, won 10-4 in their NAIA game against the Antelope Valley Pioneers.

The game took place in Lancaster, California. This was their third matchup against the Antelope Valley Pioneers this season.

The Lions’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, February 1 at 8:15 a.m. in Glendale, Arizona against Ave Maria Gyrenes.
