Lou Correa reflects on Pearl Harbor anniversary and community issues

Rep. Lou Correa, who has been serving in the U.S. Congress representing California’s 46th district since 2017, shared several statements on social media recently. His posts reflect on historical events, legislative achievements, and community issues.

On December 7, 2024, Rep. Lou Correa commemorated the anniversary of the Pearl Harbor attack. He wrote: "Today marks the 83 years since the tragic attack on Pearl Harbor. Together, we remember the 2,403 servicemembers and civilians who made the ultimate sacrifice that day."

Two days later, on December 9, 2024, Rep. Correa celebrated a legislative achievement regarding Dr. Bill Kott. He stated: "Dr. Kott was a hero—he fought in WWI, liberated prisoners across Europe, and was a trailblazer in Anaheim and OC. I'm proud that @POTUS signed my bill into law and officially dedicated the Anaheim Post Office as the 'Dr. Bill Kott Post Office', honoring his incredible legacy."

On December 10, 2024, Rep. Correa addressed concerns about potential changes in immigration policy and their impact on communities. He advised constituents: "Since potential immigration policy changes might impact members of our community, it’s never been more important to know your rights. If you have any questions, please reach out to my office."
