Rep. Lou Correa, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing California’s 46th district, has been active on social media discussing various issues of national and international importance. In a series of tweets over consecutive days in January 2025, he addressed topics ranging from emergency response to wildfires, international relations with Mexico, and veterans' healthcare.

On January 21, 2025, Rep. Correa took to Twitter to express his gratitude towards those involved in combating one of the worst wildfires in California's history. He stated: "I spoke on the House floor today to thank those fighting one of the worst wildfires in CA history. Our first responders, firefighters, those incarcerated, neighbors, and community are stepping up and coming together in a moment of need—that's what this nation is all about."

The following day, January 22, 2025, Correa tweeted about his meeting with Mexican Ambassador Esteban Moctezuma Barragán to discuss crucial bilateral issues such as drug trafficking and trade relations. He remarked: "Last week, I met with Mexican Amb @emoctezumab to discuss how to fight drug trafficking, protect migrants, and create more trade. Mexico is more than a key ally—they're our largest trading partner and our neighbor. By working together both sides of the Rio Grande can prosper."

On January 23, 2025, Rep. Correa announced his co-sponsorship of the Dental Care for Veterans Act via Twitter. He highlighted an issue affecting veterans’ access to dental care within the VA healthcare system: "Proud to share that I'm co-sponsoring the Dental Care for Veterans Act which would expand access to important dental care to all veterans in the VA healthcare system. Today less than 700000 out of 8.83 million VA enrollees can access VA dental care—and that's not acceptable."
