Congresswoman Julia Brownley, representing California's 26th district, has recently expressed her concerns regarding the actions of the Trump Administration and recent political developments. Her series of tweets highlights issues she perceives as unconstitutional and illegal, alongside her reactions to significant appointments in the government.

On February 13, 2025, Congresswoman Brownley criticized the Trump Administration for its legal challenges. She stated that "While the Trump Administration is on track to rack up over 100 lawsuits in its first 100 days – a direct result of its illegal and unconstitutional actions – it has failed to take any steps to help everyday Americans with everyday challenges."

The following day, February 14, 2025, she addressed the Senate's confirmation of RFK Jr. as Secretary of Health and Human Services. In her tweet, she expressed concern by saying "Today, the Senate confirmed RFK Jr. as the Secretary of Health and Human Services, elevating a dangerous conspiracy theorist to one of the nation’s most critical posts for public health and safety."

Later on February 14, Congresswoman Brownley shared that her office had been receiving numerous calls from constituents worried about President Trump's administration. She announced an upcoming event: "Since President Trump took office, my office has been flooded with calls from constituents deeply concerned about the unconstitutional and illegal actions of his administration."
